Fresher – US IT Recruiter.Strivector is an American IT recruitment and recruitment agency, and we work on full-time and contract positions for companies such as Amazon, Capgemini, Express Scripts, Pearson, Accenture, NCR and other Fortune 500 companies and Startups. We always work directly with our customers (or their VMS) and never through the layers. Our office in India is located in Madhapur, Hyderabad and our US office in Austin, Texas.


From day to day, you will end up doing the following tasks:

Conduct searches for qualified candidates based on relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networks, internet recruiting resources, cold calling, media and referrals
Take advantage of various job portals, eg Dice, Monster, Actually etc.
Engage with potential candidates according to customer requirements, including skills, education, experience and competence
Conduct telephone screens to assess the interest and competence of candidates
Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate placement of candidates and solicit references from other talents in this field

Applicants with 1-2 years of international BPO experience can also apply.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: 1,80,000 to 2,40,000/ year

Education required: Bachelor’s degree
